I had the pleasure of working for Danny for 9 years. As I read people’s comments about him I feel so blessed that god led me to that show. It was truly a family and I will cherish and miss it every day of my life. He was a great entertainer but more importantly he was a good man, a godly man and through nothing more than just living he brought me closer to god. For that I am forever grateful. I miss you danny but I know you are where you always wanted to be with our lord. God Bless
I want you all to know your Dad & husband was loved by many as you already know. My main reason to travel to Las Vegas with my wife was to go see Danny Gans. I want you to know you are all in my prayers. Danny was a truly amazing man. His memory will never fade. GOD Bless you all!!!
My wife and I saw Danny’s show at least 10 times. It was always the first thing we scheduled when we planned a trip to Vegas. Being Christians he was a blessing with the manner and content of his shows. No profanity, no sexual suggestions, nothing offensive. A rarity in the entertainment business, especially in Vegas.I wore out his CD and had to purchase another one. While none of our loss could approach yours, please know that Danny was loved and appreciated by many more people than you will ever know. His love for his family shone through all that he did and was obviously the most important thing in his life. Can’t wait to see and hear him again one day in Heaven.
My family and I visited the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas each summer for 15 years in a row. It was my beloved mother’s “favorite place on earth” as she would tell her friends. When Danny was given his own theatre in the Mirage, we immediately purchased tickets to his show. Each year after Danny had arrived at the Mirage, we would make it a priority to get tickets to his show. He was the most amazing, talented entertainer I had ever seen. I was truly saddened upon learning of his death. Fortunately, I purchased his video and am able to still see how much he loved doing what he did best! May he rest in peace.
I saw Danny Gans in June of 2001 at the Mirage. He was amazing. When I left the show I bought his video and his CD. I love his CD. It brings so much comfort to me when I am feeling down. My my dad passed away in 2008, I played it often and I felt so much closer to God and my dad.
My memory of Danny comes both on and off stage. My wife and I went to see him at the Stratosphere a long time ago….. anyway, I work for and airline and the next day on the flight to Burbank, here come Danny Gans, down the jetway. I was star struck. We had a few kind words and that was it, well the very next week he came down the same jetway the same flight, and he remembered me!!!!! That was amazing, we went to see him a few more times through his Manager Chip and some great seats in Danny’s booth. He will be missed a true professional and compasionate person
